Total Leg Day

We are back in the gym and OH. MY. WORD.. We are excited! It seems like it's been years since weve been inside of an actual gym, yet it also feels like we never left. It's such a strange yet satisying feeling! (que praise hands) This workout is a great leg day option for focus on the quads, glutes, and hamstrings. A total leg burnout!
