Every now and then I will get the question, “How quickly do you move through your workouts?”
So here’s that answer:
We move fairly quick between exercises/sets and take very slight breaks between sets. We are there to move not to play and that’s the mindset we go in with. Work hard and complete the workout. We may move quickly, but we never let that interfere with our form. If form dwindles, we stop, reset, and start again. Quality over quantity!
