Core & Cardio Workout-NO EQUIPMENT-Body Weight Only!

In this workout you will complete three different rounds, each one time through. Each round will begin with a fast paced set of cardio proceeding into 5 different core exercises. In this high intensity cardio bodyweight workout, you’ll spike your heart rate with high-impact moves like burpees and jumping jacks; plus work your core and lower body moves as well. No equipment needed! I'll take you through every move and even show several levels of fitness so ANYONE can do this workout!This workout should take you around 30 minutes to complete, at the most.
